TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows an F-15 fighter jet of the Air Self-Defense Force. Two F-15 jets collided above the water northwest of Hokkaido on Sept. 6, ASDF officials said. Both aircrafts made emergency landings at the Chitose air base near Sapporo as they were slightly damaged, but no one was injured, they said.
